Maheen Merchant has over 10 years of experience in labour and civil litigation. In 2023, she was appointed a Vice-Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Prior to joining the Board, Maheen was in house counsel at one of North America’s largest construction trade unions where she practiced labour and civil litigation. Before that, Maheen was a lawyer in private practice which included construction and employment litigation.

Maheen is now available to conduct private mediation and arbitration.
